Dandy dialogue when buying : oh, Lockney! He's quite the flop, really.

Active ability : locked away - save an item in your inventory for later on in the run. Dying will result in dropping the item. 

Twisted Lockney. 

He is an uncommon. 

He hides from the toons, with his key being somewhere around the map. He doesn't really like it when people try to unlock him, so it will take a few tries with him constantly being on the move when someone with the key is in range(takes 3 tries btw). Approaching him with the key while running will result in him attacking you, so be careful. Once you unlock him, you will gain a random item from uncommon to rare. It'll be made of ichor though, doesn't really affect the use of the item though. 

His trinket is obviously a key, basically being a veemote, but with a catch other than being usable only when machines aren't halfway, it'll lower your extraction speed by 2.5,due to how heavy it is. 

He's a shy lil fella

Doesn't really like anyone, especially toodles. She's quite literally always asking questions about him, which REALLY annoys him. 

He enjoys eating metal scrap cereal for breakfast daily

He also does infact know how to do a backflip and accidentally noclip into a random backrooms level with a high chance of it being !
