Invincible relies on gore because it has no real storytelling. Take away the blood and it’s just CW-level writing.
Also, The Boys does everything Invincible tries to do, but better. Better satire, better violence, better characters. Invincible is for teenagers.
Omni-Man isn’t even a complex villain. He’s just an edgy Superman knockoff with daddy issues.
Also for you people who say its the best prime video anime:
Calling Invincible the best Prime Video show just proves people don’t watch anything outside superhero cartoons. Touch some genre diversity
Not to mention,
Every time a new episode drops, y’all act like it’s the second coming of Breaking Bad. Then forget about it a week later. Be serious.
