Ok so the reason why funcomputer is a chromebook but at the same time a fucking windows17 on a murder spree is,,,, they're not the same. So basically, because of the chaos and stuff, garnold transferred funcomputer to Sky's sorta-old school Chromebook, but not all of the data was transferred. There still were bits of it left in the computer, with that leading to it growing it's own mind. And garnold does NOT want to make another body for him in these conditions so since they know what the other funcomputer and Oren(basically Mr sun here but whatever) rivalry will lead to, they're waiting for the mind to die off somehow so they can transfer him back. Yeah that's all
