Nah, the creator confirmed they aren’t siblings. Search up the sprunki wiki and go to Gray or White/Wenda’s page and there should be an image stating they aren’t siblings.
I headcanon that grey and wenda are good siblings, so she let him live, but he probably just survived from her idk
