I would say that it depends, and here's why.
There's different levels to these kinds of things. For porn, it could go from boobs to some really kinky shit. Though for gore, it could go from cuts to organs spilling out and heads being chopped off.
Now, if we're starting off light, then I'd say porn is worse. Boobs or dicks being shown to a kid is worse than cuts or a scraped knee. Kids will see and experience those things, but not porn (this also depends, however).
If we're going heavy, charizarding (lighting your pubes on fire and setting it off with your semen) or iglooing (shitting in a condom, freezing it, then using it as a dildo) isn't as bad as someone getting their brains blown out, have their hands and feet swapped live, being skinned alive, or being brutally tortured. Both of these things will traumatize a child very badly, yes, but I think gore would be worse for them.
